Activities Review In order improve the strength and capacity of our company for successful effective participation in competitive liberal market; we have constantly applied critical principles which formed our long term policy. That is, we did managed our policy objective in a manner that to meet the responsibilities and commitments of the company towards the owners and the third parties shall be the priority, rather than concentrating our efforts exclusively on the increase of the profits and physical development of the company under any circumstances; without, however, excluding the fact that they are the pre-requisite for the survival of any enterprise in the business world. To verify this approach of our company, it would suffice to review the conduct and organization Lausanne Co. could manage to overcome the constrain in order to meet its commitments even during the ten years of hard time, i.e., after the victory of the Revolution in Iran (1979) and then during the time the Iran –Iraq war was going on (1980-1989)
