MINAB  DAM (ESTEGHLAL DAM)

Esteghlal Dam

• Height from  bottom to the top 120m and with 300m length in crown.

• Spillway  discharging with capacity of 14000 m3 /sec. by 14 gates.

• Tunnel for transferring water dam to water treatment with 1/5 km length.

• Vidange or bottom discharge building

• Total amount of concrete have been applied 360000 m3.

• Pump station with capacity  12 m3/sec.

• Siphon with 400 m length for transferring water to other side of Minab River.

• Completion till 60% with cooperation of two other companies.

• Completion of the 40% remain and commissioning by Lausanne Co. alone.
